Smart2Pay is increasing operations in Brazil through its local subsidiary Smart2Pay Brazil, by including cash management to become full service payment provider also in Brazil.
Smart2Pay completed the technical links for processing in Brazil in 2007 and had since then offered its Brazilian services on gateway only basis. Now it has added the missing part for many international Merchants, the full service product, that includes the cash management and international settlement.
Main payment options are Boleto Bancário, Débito from several banks and alternative payment solutions. Smart2Pay has increased the offering to its Merchants in the Baltic countries, by covering most of the payment methods in the Baltic region (Esthonia, Latvia, Lithuania). Smart2Pay was already proving local bank transfers with Intraday reporting in these countries but has now gone one step further to get serious.
The expansion allows Smart2Pay merchants to offer e-banking systems of the Lithuanian banks (Hanza.net, Ebankas, I-linija, Bankas internetu+, Nordea, Parex Internet bankas, Danske e-bankas, Eta bankas, Šiaulių bank) as well as e-banking system hansapank.lv from Latvia.
Smart2Pay merchants will have the possibility to use the e-banking system hanza.net in Estonia as well as SEB bank payment cards. Also payments can be done at kiosks of Lietuvos spauda and Rkiosk in the entire territory of Lithuania. Scheduled live date is December 2009.

Smart2Pay has recently updated its payment portfolio in China by adding the largest local provider as a payment option. Smart2Pay merchants will be able from now on to use the new provider, besides the already existing card payment options: online banking, bank transfer, debit / credit cards and wallet.
